Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ProxySync websites, client area, and hosting-related services ("Services") operated at proxysync.ink.
1. Account registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Services
ProxySync provides billing, client management, and hosting provisioning (including shared hosting on partner control panels such as Plesk). Features may change as we improve the platform.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services for illegal activity, abuse, spam, malware distribution, unauthorized scanning, or infringement of third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. Payments & invoices
Fees are charged as displayed at checkout. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after notice. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case according to product terms.
5. Data & privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxySync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
